Although first published in 1886 by Georges Hartmann of Paris, the vocal score presented here is a digitally enhanced reprint of the one first produced in 1899 by G. Schirmer of New York, with an English translation beneath the original Latin text by Theodore Baker (1851-1934). This score has been carefully reviewed, with measure numbers and rehearsal letters added. It is now completely compatible with the widely available full score and orchestral parts issued by Edwin F. Kalmus. The large (A4) size makes it particularly easy to read for choruses both at both professional and community levels.

Elimination of Potato virus X and Potato virus Y was reported from two potato cultivars viz. Multa and Petronese by meristem culture only and thermotherapy, followed by meristem culture. Meristems of size ranging from 0.1 mm to 0.4 mm were excised and cultured in liquid media viz. MS + 0.25 mg l-1 calcium pentothenate and incubated under 16 hr photo period at 24 + 1oC. For thermotherapy, the potato tubers were incubated at 35oC for three weeks and followed by meristem culture. Meristems, sized 0.2 mm to 0.3 mm were found superior for both virus elimination and survival during thermotherapy and without thermotherapy PVY was eliminated easily then PVX. The plantlets developed from meristems were multiplied by performing nodal cutting in MS solid media supplemented with GA3 in different concentration. The media MS + 0.1 ppm GA3 was observed to be superior for multiplication. The variety petronese was observed to have more multiplication rate. Virus free plant lets were transplanted in the screen house and virus free pre-basic seed potatoes were obtained after 12 weeks of transplantation.

The photographs included in the story are the actual photographs taken by The Gardener with the BirdCamTM camera of the nocturnal activities of the critters that come to the patio for food. The vocabulary of the poem story is suitable for grade 6 and above. Older readers may also find the story amusing because it is written in a fun, witty and imaginative manner. Some words may need explanations and/or a dictionary. The structure of the poem is loose and non-conforming. It is an enjoyable read, filled with a growing anticipation of not knowing what to expect next. Gyel-tsap Dar-ma-rin-chen states that Aryadeva's Four Hundred Stanzas was written to explain how, according to Nagarjuna, the practice of the stages of yogic deeds enables those with Mahayana motivation to attain Buddhahood. Both Nagarjuna and Aryadeva urge those who want to understand reality to induce direct experience of ultimate truth through philosophic inquiry and reasoning. Aryadeva's text is more than a commentary on Nagarjuna's Treatise on the Middle Way because it also explains the extensive paths associated with conventional truths. The Four Hundred Stanzas is one of the fundamental works of Mahayana Buddhist philosophy, and Gyel-tsap's commentary is arguably the most complete and important of the Tibetan commentaries on it.

Mahayana practitioners must eliminate not only obstructions to liberation but also obstructions to the perfect knowledge of all phenomena. This requires a powerful understanding of selflessness, coupled with a vast accumulation of merit, or positive energy, resulting from the kind of love, compassion, and altruistic intention cultivated by bodhisattvas. The first half of the text focuses on the development of merit by showing how to correct distorted ideas about conventional reality and how to overcome disturbing emotions. The second half explains the nature of ultimate reality that all phenomena are empty of intrinsic existence. Gyel-tsap's commentary on Aryadeva's text takes the form of a lively dialogue that uses the words of Aryadeva to answer hypothetical and actual assertions questions and objections. Geshe Sonam Rinchen has provided additional commentary to the sections on conventional reality, elucidating their relevance for contemporary life.
